Civil Rights versus Civil Liberties?

They seem so similar, and yes they are indeed related to each other. However, there are differences between the two.

Civil rights are more about discrimination and about injustice purposely targeted toward one group.

Civil liberties, on the other hand, are about other topics like the right to bear arms, freedom of speech.
